Also all valves, fittings and valve boxes connected with said water main, laterals and service lines. Said Party of the First Part does hereby warrant that it is the owner of all of the property hereby conveyed, and that the same is free and clear of all incumbrances, and that it will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
