    GENERAL COMMITTEES OF THE WORLD CONGRESS OF FLIGHT Meeting of Committee Chairmen March 30, 1959 - Riviera Hotel - Minutes - AIRLINES COMMITTEE William J. Grant. Chairman Committeemen: Milton Atkinson, American Airlines representative from Phoenix, will be here most of WCF week. Local representatives on Committee include: Hank Hyde, United; Ray Culley, TWA; Kip Wharton, Pacific; Larry Decker, Bonanza. Signs: All have been ordered. All remaining for WCF is to provide equipment in place. ARRANGEMENTS COMMITTEE James Moss, Chairman Committeemen: It was suggested that Jack Schiff and A1 Bramlett have both expressed interest in assisting with the Arrangements, and should be contacted to utilize their> experience and willingness to work. Ushers: 20 to 25 Explorer scouts will be available at each event, with the exception of the NATO Banquet, at which 30 will be required. De Molay Boys: It was announced that this organization has volun- teered assistance. Jim Moss is to look into the possibility of utilizing these boys' services. Meeting: A 'run-through* at the Convention Center has been set for 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 8, for all Explorers and Committee personnel. Ticket Collection: The point was clarified that Arrangements Chairman is responsible for collection of tickets at functions by waiters, and the delivery of tickets to WCF. Banquet tables will be set up by caterers, and Andrews, Bartlett and Associates will arrange the Speakers Tables - with Arrangements Committee to assist wherever possible.
