i £ i Mr. Leo A. McNamee December 2, 1952 - page 3 With respect to sub-division BEB I have made a slight clarification in that, which I do not believe will be objectionable to the District* ^ I have added a new sub-division relative to those advances by sub-dividers for the construction of water mains subject to refunds pursuant to the Water Company’s rules and regulations, which I have felt advisable to refer to in the proposal. Possibly you can improve upon the wording or possibly you prefer to include such a provision in the contract to be prepared for the sale of the properties, That is something you can think over. The balance of the draft follows your proposal of October 15th. I expect to arrive in Vegas Wednesday night and if you and Mr. Campbell and any of the Directors of the District want to go over this, I will be available Thursday the 4th and will get in touch with you. For your information, Mr. Montgomery, Sfr. Adamson and I had a meeting with respect to the form of the contract for the re-location of the pipe lines submitted with your letter of November 5th, and we made certain changes in the location or proposed location of some of the facilities, and I am having new maps prepared. As soon as they are received I will send you a draft of the contract which I think should be attached to your new proposal. It should be in final form if acceptable to Mr. Montgomery, to whom I will send a copy, and t© the District, but I do not want to have it executed by either party until the new proposal of the District is in a form including all exhibits so I can send it to Omaha for their final consideration. Tours very truly, E. E. BENNETT
