MOORE, JR., and BALLARD BARRON, all of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, do hereby Sell, Assign, Transfer and Set Over to LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada Corporation, all their right, title and interest in and to that certain (6) six inch cast iron vater line in location des­cribed in Section 3, paragraph (a), of that certain Supplemental Agree­ment between the parties hereto of date January 2Vth, 1950, (identified as "N“L.D. 2109-1 ), together with all valves, fittings and valve boxes connected with said water lines. The said Philip A. Shipley, W.J. Moore, Jr., and Ballard Barron; warrant that they are the owner of the said six (6) inch water line and connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and that they wj.ll at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
