Staying at the Sands will be the following newsmen and TWA personnel as follows. Robert J. Serling, UPI, Washington, D. C. IgM Bulla, Midwest Magazine, Chicago Sun Times John Ferris, N. Y. World Telegram Hal Metzger, Cincinnati Enquirer Sumner Weener, NBC News, New York City Bob Brady, San Francisco - TWA . T ?╟??╟? t#??# letzkus, Los Angeles - TWA Friday,Jan.20 Arrival time at the airport 4p.m. - met by the publicist from each 4i? waTK* transporter to the Convention Center where reservations will be made for shows at various hotels - other than the first show which will be attended on Friday night by the visitors who are staying at the Sands at the Copa Room dinner show. This applies to the guests staying at each hotel - they will see the dinner show at the hotel where they are staying. see the dinner show The guests who are staying at the Sands will be brought here at 5:30 P.M. for a cocktail party in the Copa Lbunge and f?·jrr dinner show, they will be taken down to the Silver Palace ?·? -J tetebrityparty, and then leave for the various second shows or their cho^Lie* Each hotel will make arrangements to hr -e their entertainers at the Silver Palace between shows 9:30-11:30 \M.
