Jorgensen Co. 1 - 703 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne and Secretary Dixon In executing Extension Rider C. L. D. No. 13327-2 dated May ll|, 1961}., extending to June 30, 1969 and increasing rent for the extended terra from #190 to #230 per month, agreement C. L. D. No. 13327 (C, A. 10859) between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Baker Steel & Tube Co. dated July 1, 1959, assigned by C. L. D. 13327-1, effective December 31, 1959 to Earle M. Jorgensen Co, covering lease of site for parking of automobiles and storage of steel tubes, fronting on Noakes Street East Yard (Los Angeles), California, containing usual thirty day termination provision, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
