We have General Mills now baking a pre-mix, to insure uniformity in any city we go into, and X am sure we can make Angelita's Bread here in Vegas as well as we do in Minneapolis. We will reachour millionth loaf of bread sold in that city in 30 more days, so you can see we are on the right track. Bread mix will be ordered by you from the Angellta Bread Company of Minneapolis, and will be shipped to you from General Mills. Tour invoice will be from General Mills, to idiom you will pay about $11.30 per hundredweight ?╟÷ but these details will be worked out with the bakery. Anyway, you will be able to make about 130 loaves from each bag of pre-mix ?╟÷ leaving you 30 loaves for stales, cripples, etc* This is just a rough outline, Joe ?╟÷ X may be off in ay figures, but the general outline is OS. You will need the standard fora of wrapper we are using ?╟÷ but there will be no problem with any of this. Just try and make the bread like the Av??lita*s Bread we now have in Minneapolis.
