I agree.CITY DF PARMA DHID OFFICE OF MAYOR JOHN PETRUSKA 6611 RIDGE ROAD 886-2323 PARMA, OHIO 44129 JOHN PETRUSKA MAYOR Do you know a boy in Viet Nam? Your answer is probably nyest?, because almost all of us know at least one of these young fighting men, and would like to show them in some small way that they1re not forgotten. One local group has found an excellent way to help. Twenty young women who call themselves the Parma Mothers have been meeting monthly to assemble and mail npackages from home" to Parma servicemen stationed in Viet Nam. If their efforts are to continue, however, they will need assistance from other groups. Books, cigarettes, candy, gum, home-baked cookies, small cans of fruit, etc., will be gratefully accepted, but right now their most urgent need is for cash donations. Each package costs $1.60 to mail. An average of seventy- five to eighty are now being sent each month, but this figure may.soon be doubled. If you would like more information, please call one of these ladies: Mrs. Clarence (Sarah) Kahler 886-2996 President 11271 Sharon Drive Mrs. Joseph (JoAnn) Callari 886-5267 Corresponding Secretary 11171 Sharon Drive They can answer any questions you may have, or if you!d prefer, they would be very happy to meet with you personally or appear before interested groups. Your co-operation in this very worthy cause will be sincerely appreciated by your City Officials, by the Parma Mothers, but most important, by the boys themselves. illy yours, Petruska Mayor, City of Parma JP:rb
