This location is preferable to the line indicated between points TT and SS as there is no line in Bonanza Road at Point SS. Likewise this subparagraph should be eliminated from Section 1 and incorporated in sections 2 and 3* (o) and (d) Power Lines. Somment In addition to removal of power lines referred to in subparagraphs (c) and (d), the power line from point FF to pump station at HR, which is to be relocated, should be removed. In addition to the above, I suggest the following: 1. An additional subparagraph be added requiring removal of the pipe line extending easterly from the pumping plant at HI to connection with the water line extending southerly along center lines of section 33 from point R through Point FF. Zm Provision that in event of failure of District to remove facilities referred to in this Section 1, that Railroad Company may remove at District expense.
