City Manager Kennedy said that he had an offer from Gaudin Motors to pay the City $850.00 for eight pieces of used motor equipment. Commissioner Sharp moved that the recommendation of the City Manager be accepted and that the offer of Gaudin Motors to pay $850.00 for the eight pieces of used motor equipment be accepted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes,none. City Manager Kennedy requested that the Director of Finance be authorized to sign claims on damage of City equipment up to $500.00. Commissioner Bunker moved that the Director of Finance be authorized to sign claims on damage of City equipment up to $500.00.
