    Dance: after 1980's Lead-in to the 1960's U~^ 4-c~ s, -rj Today almost everyone seems to be interested in dancing. Movies such as "Flashdance" and "Footloose", along with videos, such as Michael Jackson's "Beat It," "Billie Jean," and "Thriller" are causing a sensation. But "dance crazes" are nothing new. Each period of history seems to have its own special way of moving. And it's no wonder; since the beginning of time, man has used dance to express his feelings and emotions. So tonight, let's pay tribute to this universal language of "the dance" by looking at some of the different styles that have occurred over the past one hundred years.
