Coordinate the demand for additional airline service in and out of Las Vegas, and arrange for whatever additional service that can be made available. 2. Distribute World Congress of Flight posters and counter cards throughout cities served by each of the airlines serving Las Vegas. 3* Staff and operate a complete airlines ticket counter in the Convention Center Building throughout the World Congress# 4. Cooperate with the Reception Committee and Transportation Committee on the arrival and departure of World Congress Vlts. A consolidated airlines ticket counter will be installed in tbe Convention Center Building in the area on the right-hand stairway approaching the Exhibit Hall. Each of the airlines serving Las Vegas, plus American Airlines, is to have a representative on duty throughout the World Congress in accordance with the following schedule to assist persons attending the World Congress with changing reservations, making new reservations, and cancelling reservations. Ticket stocks and cash are to be on hand at each airlines section of the counter so that the complete transaction can be handled in the Convention Center. MONDAY - APRIL 13 - 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM TUESDAY - APRIL 14 - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM WEDNESDAY - APRIL 15 - 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM THURSDAY - APRIL 16 - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM FRIDAY - APRIL 17 - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM SATURDAY - APRIL 18 - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM The Managing Director of the World Congress will arrange for the installation of ticket counters, furniture, lights and the overall airline counter sign. The Chairman of the AIRLINES COMMITTEE will arrange for the individual signs for each airline. The Chairman of the AIRLINES COMMITTEE should use the Airline Counter in Convention Center as his point of contact with his committeemen.
