Commissioner Clark moved that the municipal Judge's report, with check attached in the sum of $1,141.50, for the month of January, 1942, be accepted. The following Resolution was adopted: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, be and he is hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the city of Las Vegas, to execute and deliver to the Government that certain lease dated the 1st day of July, 1941, and by reference incorporated herein and made a part of this Resolution, said lease covering the following described situated in the County of Clark, State of Nevada All of SE¼ of NW¼ of Sec. 3; all of SW¼ of NW¼ of Sec. 3; all of SE¼ of NE¼ of Sec. 4; all of NW¼ of SW¼ of Sec. 3; all of NW½ of NE¼ of the SW¼ of Sec. 3; all of N"½ of SW¼ of the SW¼ of Sec. 3; All contained in Township 20 S; Range 62E, Fifth Standard Parallel South, Mt.
