.**?ç?ç s^ -3- D. The Artist agrees to abide by the rules and regulations established by Casino to ensure the smooth running of the show. 6. Costumes A. Casino agrees to furnish all costumes assigned to the Artist for performance in the show. In addition, Casino is responsible for reasonable cleaning and maintenance of said costumes. However, it is the Artist's .responsibility to take every precaution to keep his/her wardrobe in good condition. If Artist is found to be excessively abusive to wardrobe, i.e. throwing costumes on floor (othei than as directed), Artist will be fined in accordance with degree of damage. B. Artist shall not change or alter costumes, wigs or hair styles once they have been set by director. C. At the expiration of the terms of this agreement, the Artist shall return all costumes, props, and accessories in the same good state and condition in which they were issued, ordinary wear and tear expected, 7. Publicity A. In the event that Casino desires to have any portion of the show photographed, re-produced, by means of video-tape, film or electronic devices, or to have the show or portion thereof reproduced visually or audibly in any way, for use as documentation or promotion of the show, Casino may do so without the requirement of Artist's consent, and no other compensation, designated other than by Union Agreement. B. Artist may not pose for publicity pictures or attend or give press interviews in any media, printed or electronic, or appear on radio or television programs in order to publicize the Artist in the above revue at Princess Casino, or release or authorize the release of any puclicity pertaining to the show without prior obtaining written consent of Casino and Producer. C. It is agreed that the parties shall be excused from complying with the conditions and terms of this agreement if such party is prevented from, or is interferred with, because of labor disputes, civil commotion, war, government regulations, fire or other casualties, unable to obtain weather or Acts of God or causes beyond such party's reasonable control. 8. Benefits Casino extends to the Artist, one (1) free meal a day in the Garden Cafe and/or the Staff Dining Room. In addition, Artist will receive 501 discount on beverage within the Casino.
