CSUN Property: CSUN property includes but is not limited to thp main CSUN office in the Moyer Student Union, the BHS Annex, the CBC Annex, the CSUN Student Government Services & Student Organization Resource Center, and the storage areas. The CSUN offices and annexes are under the sole control of the Student Body President. The chambers are a work and meeting space for all CSUN employees. Priority of the Chambers will be given to CSUN Committee or Board Meetings and CSUN student legal services. The CSUN carts are to be used by CSUN officials for CSUN business only. Any CSUN employee using the carts for personal use or driving recklessly will relinquish their right to use the carts. The keys to the carts will be in the possession of the Student Body President or their designee. All CSUN employees must abide by the CSUN Cart Policy. CSUN employees not in accordance with the CSUN Cart Policy will be subject to ramifications as stated in the CSUN Cart Policy. CSUN computers in the CSUN offices are to be used by CSUN employees only. Priority of these computers will be given to CSUN business, and there after on a first come first served basis. The CSUN copy machine is to be used for CSUN business only. Each CSUN employe 3 given a specific Personal Identification Number (PIN) in order to track the number of copies tho; It is up to the CSUN Business Manager to monitor usage and abuse of the copy machine. Please be respectful ofthe receptionists who are required to monitor incoming guests. i Personal Property: j Due to the limited space in the CSUN offices, CSUN employees do not have ample space to store personal belongings and non-CSUN materials. It is imperative that CSUN officials keep their workspace clear of clutter and debris to preserve the professional atmosphere of the office. Anything on, around or near the general vicinity ofthe Senate mailboxes, Senate Secretary, Senate President Pro-Temp ore, Vice President Pro-Tempore or CSUN Directors desks, Executive Board or Business Manager's offices are to be recognized as that individual's property and to be treated as such. Rummaging, riffling, "berrowing'" or moving possessions that are not yours will not be tolerated. Any CSUN employee or guest of an employee caught stealing from the personal items of any other CSUN member or student will b; subject to investigation by Rules and Ethics and barred from the CSUN office. Consequences: Any violation or grievance regarding the CSUN Code of Conduct will be sent in writing to: • CSUN President • CSUN Vice President • CSUN Senate President • Chair of CSUN Rules and Ethics Committee The Rules and Ethics Committee will arrange a hearing in accordance to CSUN Bylaw |31. The CSUN Executive Board is ultimately responsible for upholding and enforcing this Code of Conduct for themselves and other CSUN employees. Maryland Pkwy Las Vegas, NV 89154 January 29,2002 Clark County Parks & Recreation is sponsoring the 7J| annual eXtremc Thing - Amateur Skateboard, Inline and BMX Competition featuring some of the best local riders from Las Vegas at the Desert Breeze Park Skate Park, at 8275 Spring Mountain Rd on Saturday, March 30th from 10am until 7pm. The event will feature seven national acts (bands) including Sno Core Rock Tour acts Alien Ant Farm. Adema, Fenix TX, world class break danccrs, professional skaters and BMX riders will be on site signing autographs. Tickets will be between $6,00 - $10.00. There will be competitions held in three different age groups: Ages (8-12), 13-18), and an OPEN Category. Competitions will be limited to the lirst 40 enrolled in each age group. Each age group will be comprised of skateboarders, BMX and In-line Skaters. There will be trophies & prizes for l'r, 2ml. and place in Skateboarding, BMX, and in-line skating. All participants will be required to wear protective gear on the course in order to compete.
