On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider C.LoD. No„ 4917-5, dated February 13, 1952, extending to and including February 28, 1957, term of lease agreement Audit No. 10252, dated March 1, 1943, expiring Feb­ruary 28, 1952, with Wilbur-Ellis Company, covering site for storage of fertilizer, near Mission Road and Elliot Street, Los Angeles, Calif0; rental $100 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and conf irme d .
