LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Tom Miyawaki OLD 15820-1 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill in executing extension rider C. L. 0* No. 15820-1, dated June 28, 1968, extending terra of agreement between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Tom Miyawaki, an individual, covering lease of premises for agricultural purposes at Dominguez, Los Angeles County, California, to and including June 30, 1969, rental for extended term shall be $1100.00 per annum, payable annually in advance; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
