(f) All of the water distribution mains and all appurtenances thereto (hereinafter called n distribution facilities**) completed on or before September 1, 1952# and used or useful in the rendering of water service to customers and in the distribution of water by the Water Company, or any successor in ownership thereof* as a public utility in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada* upon the sale date, fhe said water distribution mains which were completed by the Water Company on or before Septem­ber 1, 1952* are shown by red colored lines on map at­tached hereto* marked Exhibit !'D" and made a part here­of. It is understood that any of the said distribution facilities mentioned in subparagraphs (f} and (g) of this Section 1 shall include such service connections not shown by colored lines on Exhibit "B" as may be now or hereafter owned by the Water Company, or its success­or* and which extend between the said mains shown by col­ored lines on Exhibit "B" arid the service lines or fire 7#
