I agree.Mr. Thomas A. Campbell Nov.19,1954 and it seems to me that the District might be willing to assist us in having the taxes for the entire year waived, which I think they can properly do under the terms of the contract and the deed, and, as a matter of fact, which they legally might be required to do since the property was accepted by them subject to outstanding taxes and liens, whether paid or unpaid. I would appreciate if you would discuss this matter with Leo and the District directors, and see if you can't go along with ray views. In connection with the survey made, we are having some maps and data prepared to talk over with Mr. Reinhardt, who has been out of the city, and then, as I stated, it is my thought to have Mr. Adamson, our Engineer, and Mr. Montgomery go out to Las Vegas and talk this matter over with Mr. Renshaw and with any of the District directors who would be interested, and see if we can't work something out.. This undoubtedly will be some time next week, assuming Mr. Reinhardt gets back on Monday as he is expected. . E. Bennett
