Vaaden 2223 Edgewood Las Vegas, Nevada Dear sir1 In December 1951, Mr. s* M« Pahor and Asaoolates entered into contract with the Las Veg&s Land and Water Company to install a water main in Sdgewood Avenue, The water main was oonstruoted and we are now serving your property with water# 4 we wish to advise that effective December 1, 19511 water service charges for your property will be at the rate of $7*55 per month* For your further information, all water rates are set up in accordance with the Nevada Public Service Commission Rules and Regulations# Our records Indicate oharges as follows 1 Water service for period of %aemh«r 1951 thru March 1952 4 months 9 If*55 per month.
