Musicians ?╟÷ $45 per nan based on fhour show, with 3 hrs of rehearsal. b. CopaGirls ?╟÷ $106 for appearance, no restrictions posted on rehearsal. Bob Banner sending complete schedule of payments required, and also notice of Sands requirement to pay $% of total talent cost to AFTRA Welfare and Pension Fund. 2. Serb Sussan and we both agreed that Fashion Show was superfluous and should be knocked out. 3. Light platforms and caaera platform required by NBC are all set up. Platform on top of Bands sign will he ready by Wednesday and 1 will test it myself. 4. Attached letter from NBC shows personnel coming in from NBC for show and rooms required. Reservat ion has been made, with notice that room and food only are coup. 5. Script revisions are being made now by Banner and we should have finished script by Thursday. 6. Sinatra?╟╓s part is not being detailed by HBC in the script and we night have to fill hin in with script written here. 7. NBC equipment will be set up in casino, copa room, and poolside starting Thursday noon. Rehearsals will be called for Friday, Saturday. Dress rehearsal for New Fork set for 9 AM our time Sunday morning. 8. Herein and Freddy Bell have been briefed. Recommend you brief other elements of CopaGirls, Cole and Sinatra. 9. Recommend you authorize 4to6 Security Guards be assigned the show starting Thursday evening, the same men to handle entire show during rehearsal and performance. 10.
