You will note that there is a space provided for addi- tional membership in the number of four, as to the active members. Would you please advise whom you believe we should have elected to these four vacancies? You will also note that there are a considerable number of honorary memberships to be filled. Will you please advise at once as to the names of persons you have con- tacted who are willing to accept an honorary certificate. These names must be filled in on the original by-laws which I am retaining in the corporation minute book at my office. I do not see how I can use the angel as part of the seal for the Foundation. I have, therefore, ordered a seal from Marc Wilkinson, which will be in the customary cor- poration style. Your office might like to prepare some appropriate certifi- cates for the honorary members which Mr. Entratter and Mr. Cahlan might like to sign.
