Following your note of the 17th with respect to the above I communicated with Mr. MeNamee through Mr. Bennett, the matter because of his position as President of the Las Vegas Taxpayers Association and having served his year took occasion to and did resign from the presidency in order to avoid any embarrassing relation to the controversy in question.
