I agree.6 . Even Dizzy Dean is "on Deck" to perform the "Wabash Cannonball" for an unsuspecting national television audience. 3. The Finale. This is the end of a very special evening and will musically involve the honorees, celebrities and a ?╟ few of their friends. The friends being a hand picked chorus line of well rehearsed athletes. No sloppiness. No klutz jokes. No spastic humor. This chorus line is designed to execute an ovation stirring presentation of time steps, breaks, and other intricate rhythmic movements. Choreography by professional athletes can be a joy to behold, and when a singer like Barbra Streisand is fronting the finale...well, it can only mean total entertainment. Incidentally, a special musical theme written especially for these awards by one of America?╟╓s premiere composers, conductors and arrangers, Mr. Nelson Riddle, will be featured. In all, this evening, with it's film, it's moments of humor and, of course, the solemnity that goes with honoring great athletes promises to make the WINNER*S CIRCLE a "Very Special Show."
