Main Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Al, Thought you might like to have a copy of the CPA report on THE ANGELITA BREAD FOUNDATION. This report covers the period up to December 31, 1958 ?╟÷ and the $1,412.64 which is listed as undistributed contributions was sent on to the hospital on January 13, thus leaving the account clear. Nat Apt is now checking with Sister Felicia to verify the receipt of all these contribu- tions, and is also working with Ur. Mowbray to prepare an application for tax exemption as a charitable foundation. General Mills and the Holsum people are now working on Chicago and Detroit as our next outlets, so it looks like we are about ready to roll ?╟÷ they have been asking me to come back to Minneapolis to go over some of the work, but between the Convention Center and the Las Vegas Police Protective Association "WELCOME GUIDE" book and a few other things# plus my recent two hospitalizations, I am way behind and haven't been able to get away for more meetings. We are on top of the situation and will continue to roll. Have finalized plans for "Silver Chips" regard- ing the packaging and distribution, and I am working on a report to you now ?╟÷ I believe I will put up my own money for the initial invest- ment, and then when the project looks secure and successful, I will feel better about having friends like you invest with me in the venture.
