(ADAM looks at her, sets his jaw, and resolutely stalks out of the room. LIGHTS come up downstairs as ADAM stomps down the stairs. HE stops when he notices his brothers staring up at him.) ADAM (Explaining) W2X1r flBBi giving her a little time to get out of her duds. She s, uh... she's a little nervous. But I _ . DANIEL She's a little nervous! r (The BROTHERS laugh at the embarrassed ADAM. HE turns, goes back up the stairs, enters the room and walks straight to the window. HE climbs out onto the porch roof. The LIGHTS dim downstairs. MILLY stares after ADAM in surprise, then goes to the window and watches as ADAM tries to find a comfortable position in which to lie on the roof.) MILLY (curiously) What are you doing? ADAM Bedding down for the night.
