If Las Vegas - May 26, 195^ Mr. A. W. Ham, Sr. 300 Fremont Street Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Hams I understand that you are the Attorney of the estate of Mr. Walter A. Braoken, who was formerly Manager of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company at Las Vegas. I have been undertaking to dispose of miscellaneous records and other items now on the premises of the Water Company at AOX South Second Street, in preparation for the transfer of the facilities of the Water Company to the Water District, in the next month or two, and find that we have an old wooden filing case in our storeroom which contains a lot of miscellaneous personal correspondence, records, pictures and other papers which appear to have been the personal property of Mr. Walter A. Bracken. At your earliest convenience I would appreciate If you, as Attorney for the estate of Mr. Walter Bracken, would come to my office and we will go into this filing case and possibly you can advise me as to what disposition should be made of Mr. Bracken’s personal papers and other items contained in the filing o&se. Yours very truly, L. H( Maag LRM:ejp
