I agree.25. 2) shall faithfully fulfill and perform all provisions of said Agreement relating to construction work and furnishing of equipment in connection there- with; and shall pay as they shall become due all just claims for the work, tools, machinery, skill, materials, insurance premiums, equipment and supplies for the carrying to completion of said construction work and furnishing of equipment in accordance with said agreement; and shall save obligee harmless from all costs and charges that may accrue on account of the doing of said construction work and furnishing of equipment, and for enforcing the terms of this bond in all actions which may be brought thereon, including reasonable attorney's fees, in any case where such action is successfully maintained; and shall comply with all laws pertaining to said contract and said work; and, in case the contract prices specified in contracts for the construction work to be performed and for equipment to be furnished for any reason total in excess of the amount of___________________________________ shall furnish additional bond or bonds in the amount of such excess within ten (10) days after demand therefore in writing from obligee, then this obligation shall be void, but otherwise it shall remain in full force and effect.
