J, Clark * Las Vegas ) Please refer to your letter of April 1 , regarding the proposed location of Las Vegas Valley Water District water lines in the vicinity of the Interstate Mo. 15 and Downtown Expressway Interchange, in Las Vegas, Nevada* with the Nevada State Highway Department and it is improper that it should now he directed to the attention of Mr. w, C. Renshaw of the Hater District. You will immediately advise the Las Vegas Valley Water District, with a copy to Mr. W. 0, Wright of the Nevada Department of Highways, that the matter is now being processed through Mr. Haontill's office and all future inquiries and decisions relative to land exchange will be his decision. You should furnish relocated alignment for the water line, if and when it is available, to all concern***- This matter has been handled personally by Mr. T. E. Masmill
