JACK ENTRATTER SUBJECT: SAND'S ANNIVERSARY FESTIVITIES DATES: THURSDAY - DECEMBER 16* 1965 to SUNDAY - DECEMBER 19, 1965 NUMBER OF PERSONS: 550 Approximately THURSDAY - DECEMBER 16, 1965 8 P.M. to - LUAU SANDS GRAND BALL ROOM Ball Room to be decorated by outside decorators. Seating to be sufficient to accommodate 500 persons* Luau to be buffet style and the attire for the guests will be casual. There will be no reserved tables, guests may sit wherever they please. Mr. Kent: The Grand Ball Room is to be spotlessly clean* After the room is decorated and all tables and chairs placed, please recheck* The Hat Check Room is to be cleaned, and all equiptment stored ih sine is to be removed* Two (2) porters in Green Coats are to patrol thru the Ballroom all evening, picking up whatever may fall on floor. The Men's Roota and ladies1 Rodtt are to be staffed. The Hat Check Room is also to be staffed! Mr. Draskovic: All equipment * carts ?╟≤ covert * trays - etc., are to be polished and in top condition. Mr. North & Mr. Schindler: An engineer is to be on standby from 6 PiMU on during the functions in the event of any emergency. This applies to Thursday night - Friday night and Saturday night. Mr. Marino: Has all the food details. Mr. Milewski: Has all the beverage details. An 81 table with 3 chairs is required in the Foyer to be used for collection of tickets and guest check-off list Mr. Bodell: Three Security Officers will be needed from 6 P.M. on. One to be stationed at Foyer entrance. One in service hall near rear door and one in service hall near service bar.
