Dear S i r :- Herewith I hand you my f i l e re lative to collections made by our agent at East San Pedro fo r dockage. Ho charges have been made against the Banning Company fo r dockage on their boats under ordinances Hos.20938 and 21679, copies of which are enclosed. You w ill note our agent claims that these boats are at our wharf about th irty minutes in the morning and ten minutes each evening. You w ill note also, that dockage fo r one-h a lf day has been charged to other boats without anything to show that one-half day had been charged at other wharves on the same day, which does not appear to be in accordance with the provisions of the ordinances.
