to give Grantor not less than seventy-two (72) hours notice, stating exact time for commencement and nature of work to be performed, emergency repairs excepted; Grantor shall be reimbursed for any costs incurred relative to relocation, reconstruction or removal of gas mains and appurtenances; Grantees shall indemnify and save harmless Land Company; discontinuance of use or abandonment for a continuous period of one year, shall cause easement to cease and Grantor shall resume exclusive possession of said land, or any part thereof; Land Company shall be given fifteen (15) days advance notice relative to any construction or maintenance work on any mains, within twenty (20) feet of any railroad tracks or appurtenances, allowing Land Company inspection rights and suggestions in connection therewith; emergency repairs and routine maintenance services excepted, be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed# Adopted
