Dorothy Bell Scans UNLV-Public Lands Institute. Postcard with a person on horseback, possibly Fred Harman. Written is "Howdy from your friend - Fred "Red Ryder" Harman. Handwritten on back: Thurs. Apr. 23/59, Imperial Hotel - Howdy, Rex Bell. It was so nice to meet someone here in Japan that knows you -- "Ula Rose." She will give you this as my best hello to you. I'm on another show trip. Lola will arrive soon from around the world. Your ol' cowboy pal, [Fam]"
