No. 1567^-1» dated November 30» 1950> between LA&SL-UPRRCos. and LVL&WCo. covering furnishing of water to the latter at Las Vegas, Nevada, Section 9 of which provides that the Railroad will bill the Land Company annually for management expense, and your advice that it would be more satisfactory from an accounting standpoint to bill this expense monthly, to which you advise that Mr. Bennett sees no objection and states that at some appropriate time the agreement could be conformed to the practice, also that Mr. Reinhardt is in accord with Mr. Bennett*s views.
