Description of work which commenced April 22, 1953 and was completed May 15, 1953 la as follows* Construct 4c 7 LF of 6* oast iron water mains. The cost of construction of water mains pursuant to provisions in Agreement *N*LD 2675 is the agreed sum of il44o which should be capitalized and is subject to refund.
