On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing and delivering lease agreement, Audit No. 9913, dated July 6 , 1938, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, as Lessor, and Charles Latimer, Lessee, covering citrus packing house and appurtenances, including machinery and equipment, located at San Antonio Avenue and State Street, Ontario, California, for term beginning January 1, 1938, and extending to and including December 31, 1944; rental consideration $>353.60 per month, said agree ment terminating as of January 1, 1938, existing agreement betsre said parties, dated October IS, 1935, effective December 1, 1935, identified as Contract Audit No. 9658; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
