    MARDI GRAS 2002 WAYS & MEANS REPORT March 2, 2002 General MeetingThe Ways & Means Chair, Soror Amanda McWilliams and members of the Mardi Gras Ball committee held a successful meeting on Saturday, February 23, 2002.The committees selected names for the King & Queen Ballot which will be voted on today. The winner will not be announced until the night of the Ball.The ads for our souvenir journal was collected and the layout was completed. A special thanks to our this year’s Journalist, Soror Jackie Hall, and Soror Kaweeda for the extra eyes we needed in proofing the book. The journal is with the printer as we speak.An Umbrella list will be available for all Sorors that do not have their Mardi Gras Umbrella. The cost is $3.00 per umbrella. And the order will be placed on Monday.If you provided a picture with your Ad, you can pick up your picture after the meeting from either me or Soror Jackie.Table Assignments will not be done until the weekend of March 9th, after our ticket count is done. Only the seating committee will be able to change the seating arrangements.
