Haraaill Mr. W. H. Johnson At the request of Mr. Hammill, I have prepared and transmit herewith duplicate originals and five (5) copies of proposed Easement ’’N’TL.D. 3247 between the Railroad Companies aid the Las Vegas Valley Water District covering a strip of land for construction of water pipeline and appurtenances in Las Vegas, Nevada. This Easement should be handled in conjunction with "N”L.D. 3248. The proposed Easement has been prepared similar in form to Deed Audit #5352 as suggested by Mr. Haraaill, and if the sane meets with your approval, will you please approve as to form and forward to Mr. Haraaill for further handling.
