I agree.Mr. Walter Carson -2- January 26, 1971 None of the members that were absent at the Tourism Advisory Council meeting have been contacted regarding this program, nor have they had a presentation by Trans World Productions as was stipulated by Mr. Diederich and myself nd, as spelled out in paragraph one, page five of the meeting minutes, Messrs. Ledbetter, Kelley and Cashell stated by telephone that they had not been contacted relative to the Trans World Productions program and were not polled as to their agreement or disagreement to the funding of this production. It is extremely unfortunate that this letter is necessary but both Mr. Biedrich and myself wish to be on record as to the facts of the matter.
