FREEMAN COMPANY pub/ic/sts COPY 3/14/87 Mr. John C* Mowbray 311 South 3rd street Las Vegas, Nevada Pear Mr. Mowbray, It was nice nesting you the other day with Sister Felicia and Sister Angelita and I was appreciate of your belief and interest in the "Angelbread" project. I would like to summarise the situation as I dream of it now and which I hope you can help us turn into a reality: 1. Suggest the name "Angelbread" which is my original thought, be copyrighted and signed by me to become the full property of the Dominican Sisters. 2. Suggest that the recipe be copyrighted and protected as the property of the Dominican Sisters by whatever process you Judge necessary. 3. Suggest we create an "Angelbread Foundation" to be comprised of a group of people who are interested in helping the Bose de Lima Hospital and who will help in this project according to procedures which we can set up later. 4. I would like to recommend that written and legal measures be taken to insure that the Hospital thru the Dominican Sisters will get every penny of the funds derived from the sale of their bread, with no expenses, allowances, administrative costs, promotional costs, or any other kind of the usual business costs taken out of any funds coming into the "Angelbread Foundation." 5. Ve are ready to start with Snowflake Bakeries here in Las Vegas and I am Just now working on the artwork for the wrapper. I be- lieve we can get into production on this bread by April 1st. 6. Mr. Merv Adelson, owner of Market Town, has offered to intro- duce the bread at Market Town and do a solid promotion Job on it, as a courtesy to me for having helped him and his group out on the recent Las Vegas Charities Gin Mummy Tournament. Thus, I believe we can get off to an excellent start with almost guaranteed sales. 7. I have also organised flying squads of women and friends who have already tested samples of this bread and who are ready to hit markets and stores all over this area asking for "Angelbread" as soon 9508 WILSHIRE BLVD. ?╟≤ BEVERLY HILLS, CAL. ?╟≤ BRADSHAW 2-8611
