April 1966. The Inner City Cultural Center has recently initiated an apprentice training program, designed to train young people, recruited principally from the minority community, in technical and administrative aspects of the communications industry. We would like very much to visit the Sands and have the opportunity to tour your backstage facilities. None of the trainees and few of the training supervisors have ever been to Las Vegas.
