Mr. Yavner: The Christmas Tree is to be moved from its present location in Lounge Area. On Friday, the tree is to be moved again, to the right side of stage, on hall floor. The tree is to be placed on Saturday to the same place it was on Thursday. Mr." Mall: You have your instructions for mike hook-ups. A permanent spot light is to be placed facing the band stand on Thursday night and also on Friday night. The band stand will be in a different location each night. Thursday night, it will be along the North wall* On Friday night, it will be near the stage, in Southeast corner of Grand Ball Roota. On Saturday night, the stage will be used for full band set-up. Saturday night's affair will require concert mike set up and sound. There will be 18 musicians playing. Mr. Dobrow: Please have grand piano placed on stage Saturday. FRIDAY - DECEMBER 17, 1965 7 P*M. The Anniversary Guests will attend the Copa Dinner Show. (Mr. Marino has the details.) SATURDAY - DECEMBER 18, 1965 7 P.M. - 8 P*M. 8 P.M. - To Mr. Kent: Anniversary Cocktail Party (Mr. Marino has details.) Anniversary Dinner-Dance (Mr. Marino has details) Grand Ball Room (Foyer) Grand Ball Room Please check the Room prior to guests arrival for cleanliness. Have two porters in Green Jackets on hand for general pick up during the entire evening. The Ladies1 Room and Men's Rooms are to be staffed. The Hat Check Room is also to be staffed. Mr. Bodell: Please have 3 Security Officers on duty - same posts as Thursday night. Room to be set up- 60" & 72,f Round Tables for 625 persons. All seating arrangements are to be designated by Mr. Jack Entratter. Mr. Kent: An 8' table will be required in the foyer with 3 chairs. To be used for the collection of guest tickets and guest check off list. SUNDAY - DECEMBER 19, 1965 Busses and Limousines have been ordered to preform a shuttle service from the Hotel to the Airport.
