Mr. Yavner: The Christmas Tree is to be moved from its present location in Lounge Area. On Friday, the tree is to be moved again, to the right side of stage, on hall floor. The tree is to be placed on Saturday to the same place it was on Thursday. Mr." Mall: You have your instructions for mike hook-ups. A permanent spot light is to be placed facing the band stand on Thursday night and also on Friday night. The band stand will be in a different location each night. Thursday night, it will be along the North wall* On Friday night, it will be near the stage, in Southeast corner of Grand Ball Roota. On Saturday night, the stage will be used for full band set-up. Saturday night's affair will require concert mike set up and sound. There will be 18 musicians playing. Mr. Dobrow: Please have grand piano placed on stage Saturday. FRIDAY - DECEMBER 17, 1965 7 P*M.
