I agree.The list numbers 40, and the Western Air Lines Convair holds only 39; however, we know that we will not be able to get 100$ attendance from this list, due to shows, vacations, etc. We also win be bringing the RCA Victor West Coast representative, Mr, T; R. Moseley, Mr, Chapman, Vice President of RCA Victor Distributing Corp,, myself, and our five salesmen. This, I am presuming will be the extras to take the places of the dee jays unable to go, Mr, Mace Mallory of Western Airlines may be in Las Vegas in which case he will arrange for our bus from the airport to the hotel, aid will meet us upon arrival. May we include him for the dinner and show, which will mean a total of 40 people, instead of the 39?? All of the deejays have received these "junkets" with a great deal of enthusiasm, and talk about their trip on the air before and after the trip, so I an sure that THE SANDS will receive a great deal of air time from this promotion. We will also bring along a tape recorder so that they may tape interviews with Miss Home after tbfe show. Our plane take-off time is 5:30 PM, arriving in Las Vegas at 7:00 PM, which will give us ample time to get over to the hotel and eat before the show goes on. Our return trip leaves at 1:30 AM which will give them time to see a second show and as soon as I find out where they would like to go, I?╟╓ll let you know so that you can help with getting them reservations. However, I know from past experience a goodly number prefer to just stay and gamble.
