WS®..H S.RBeeinnnheatrtdt Will you please prepare usual fora of refund agreement with national Builders, Inc., a Nevada Corporation, whose place of business is 215 fi* Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada, covering construction of cast iron water mains to serve Lots 9* 10, 11 and 29 to 34, inclusive, Mayfair Tract Ho. 2, L&s Vegas, Nevada, as per map recorded in Book 2, Page 47, of Plats, dalle County, Nevada records, Subdivi&tr agrees: 1, At its own expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor and to construct: (a) Approximately 390 IF of 6* east iron water mains. The cost of constructing said water mains la agreed to be the sum of $1440.00. 2. Said water mains ahall be constructed of 6* Class 150 8 & 0 oast iron pipe and shall be in aocor&anea with Federal specifications WWP 421 Type 1. All Joints shall be cement. All fittings shall be new, all bell cast iron equal to ASA Standard Class 250, All valves shall be double disk, parallel seat bronze mountings conforming to AIWA standards, not less than 175 lbs,, and all valve boxes shall be of oast Iron of appropriate sis© for each valve. Unless otherwise approved by a duly authorised representative of the company, all pipe v&lves and fitting® shall be manufactured by the p&clfio States Oast Iron Pipe Company or Mueller Company. All pipe lines shall be chlorinated In accordance with AWWA specifica­tions , shall be subject to the approval and ac­ceptance of State and City Health Authorities, and shall be constructed at an elevation to be designated by & duly authorized representative of the company, but in no event shall there b© less than 36s of covering over such water mains. All workmanship, material and installation of said water mains shall be subject to the approval and acceptance by a duly authorized representative of the company.
