I agree.1 a 'Q'M 1 I 14 III 2 THIS AGiUlMElf made and entered into this _day of 3 , 1960, by and between FREEMAN COMPANY, Party of 4 the First Part, and THE ANGELITA BREAD FOUNDATION, INC., a Nevada 5 Corporation, Party of the Second Part, 6 WITNESSETH; 7 I. 8 Party of the First Part, in its promotion of funds for an 9 addition to the Rose de Dima Hospital at Henderson, Nevada, and 10 furthering the marketing of Angelita Bread, thereby increasing the 11 contribution to aforesaid hospital, agrees to expand its efforts 12 in marketing Angelita Bread on a national scale. 13 n,-V: 14 Party of the First Part agrees to supervise and direct all 15 operations of Angelita Bread Foundation, Inc. including the direct 16 approval, editing and control of all advertising, publicity and 17 public relation programs of each and every baking company contractin S; 18 for the baking and marketing of Angelita Bread. 19 III. 20 Party of the First Part agrees to coroptrol, audit and 21 supervise the collections and contributions of each and every 22 baking company franchised to the Angelita Bread Foundation, Inc. 23 IV. 24 Party of the First Part further agrees to continue to work 25 closely with Regan Bakeries of Minneapolis, Minnesota, who have 26 been baking Angelita Bread since 1958, and to verify the retention 27 of the rare quality of the bread baked at the Rose de Lima 28 Hospital* 29 V. 30 In view of the heavy pressure of workload and expenses 31 incurred by Party of the First Part in performing the hereinbefore 32 W.
