Los Angelos *• December 27* 1950 ASS Omaha cy WOP Omaha 3-350, there is no doubt that the drilling of additional wells would he of no value la increasing our capacity to produce water over anything hut rery short periods as evidenced hy testimony-presented by our Ingineers and the State Engineers before the^ada Comraisalon in October. However, should the Commission disregard this' testimony and order us to drill more wells, there is nothing we could do about it other than such relief as we could obtain through the Courts. Besorting to the installation of the pumps as recommended in my letter of December 18th was to avoid, if possible, the drilling of additional wells. X am afraid your qualified approval of the purchase and installation of the pumps leaves us in a position tfeere it is difficult to fulfill the tentative order already placed on us by the Commission. &-116 m d D ) m m m j r n VB 3t00FH DELC «2 c7» c19.50
