Be states he is still endeavoring to secure the furniture storage concern from Los Angelas, and 1 advised M s we oould not permit the roadway to be blocked for any period of time with a tramway or movable platform* At any rate, this would not be practical Inasmuch as the Rupp art lease is not directly in the rear of lot #• Ruppert is exposed to have 50 ft* under lease but he has wrecked automobiles and miscellaneous junk is scattered all the way to the Roberts Roofing lease* It is my understanding that he has received no carload shipments on the site this year* X recommend we serve 30 days Notice of Termination of lease* A* It* Folgar
