Bates) I believe It is now time to assemble in Las Vegas all of the documents which are to be turned over to the District on the sale date pursuant to Exhibit "G" attached to the agreement of June 1, 1953. I understand that all of the documents referred to in Item 2 of that exhibit headed "Records in the Office of the Water Department of the Water Company at Las Vegas, Nevada," are in your possession. If this is not so, I wish you would please advise me. If there are any of these records which you and Mr. Sutton believe should be photostated before they are delivered to the District, you should arrange to have this done. g^pBenne 11
