COPE NAME OF ORGANIZATION: Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company DATES: June 5 through June 7 NUMBER OF GUESTS: 46 NUMBER OF ROOMS: 18 doubles and 10 singles - regular rate PERSON IN CHARGE: Donn Osman WEDNESDAY, June 5: Guests will arrive individually during the day. 6:00 p. m. to 10:30 p. m.: Emerald Room will be vised for a reception for the arriving guests. Menu will be: Assorted Cold Cuts, Assorted Types of Cheese, Relish and Beer. Prices will be $2.50 per person for the buffet and $. 75 per bottle of beer. Please add 2% tax and 15% gratuity to the above prices. THURSDAY, June 6: 7:30 a. m. - group breakfast in the Garden Room. Please have a section of the Garden Room set up to handle 46 persons. Guests will order from the regular menu. One check is to be made for the entire group. Taxes and gratuity will be added to the total cheek. Following breakfast the guests will adjourn to the Emerald Room for their meeting. 10:00 a. m. - Coffee break in the Emerald Room. Charge - $. 25 per person. 12:00 Noon - Group luncheon in the Garden Room, Special reserved section same as breakfast. Following luncheon the group will return to the Emerald Room for the afternoon meeting. 3:15 p. m. - Coke break in the Emerald Room. Charge - $.25 per person*
