To the extent that Producer's insurance carrier permits such coverage without substantial charge, Producer agrees to cause Player to be named as additional insured partieB under Producer's Errors & Omissions and General Liability Policies, when obtained, in accordance with ail terms and conditions thereof. Visas, Work Permits: Producer shall be responsible for obtaining all visas, work permits and other documents required for Player to work hereunder. Player agrees to cooperate with Producer in obtaining such documents. 2. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS; The other terms and conditions of this agreement are Producer's standard terms and conditions for engagements of this type (which are hereby incorporated by this reference), subject only to such changes, if any, which Producer and Player specifically and mutually agree to in writing pursuant to good faith negotiations. Such Standard Terms and Conditions include customary and reasonable default, disability and force majeure suspension and termination provisions, customary and reasonable "grant of rightsff clauses granting Producer the exclusive rights to the results and proceeds of Player's services as a work for hire for Producer and the right to use Player's name and likeness and Player's performance in and in connection with exploitation of the Picture, and all byproducts thereof and customary provisions requiring Player to render services as a performer: (i) in the Picture until completion of the role (including retakes and added scenes); (ii) trailers; (iii) in connection with the creation and marketing of any and all by-products of the Picture (such as merchandising, video games, soundtrack albums, etc.); and (iv) publicity for ^Elvira's Hauntsd Hills"/Deal Player Agreement Jerry Jackson.
